Machines collect information for data analysis
We have a range of cleaning technologies that automate, detect, monitor and clean. We optimise productivity by deploying technology to best suit the cleaning assignment at hand, and these include:
- Mobile apps and dashboards for checking cleaning status, devices that collect information and monitors, e.g. facial recognition system, smart toilet devices (traffic counter, soap and toilet paper indicator, ammonia level counters etc), smart customer feedback panel
- Robots and other cleaning automations

Manages and checks standards
Technologies should never be considered alone. They are integrated with specialised manpower who knows how to handle them and use them to ease their workload, thus translating to higher productivity and optimising cleaning costs for clients. All our staff are trained under certified, competent and experienced trainers. So these specialised personnel are capable of overseeing cleaning techniques deployed and monitor and manage them. Based on data analytics, we may recommend further optimisation to the workflow and operations. And the specialist team will implement them and provide feedback.

Forecasts needs and recommend actions
Information gathered from smart devices provide data that in turn enables analysis that can guide us in improving workflow, cleaning schedules and manpower deployment. For example, detection of ammonia levels in different toilets will indicate the extent of usage of various facilities, and in turn, our staff can more appropriately focus on areas that require more cleaning.
